What can Glowmi's AI do?+
Glowmi offers four core AI features: Skin Analysis (tone, undertone, type, and visible concerns from a bare-face selfie), a personalized Color Palette, virtual Makeup Try-On, and Look Feedback on finished makeup photos. Results are for cosmetic and beauty purposes only.
Does Glowmi give medical advice?+

What is Glowmi Pro?+
Glowmi Pro is the in-app subscription that unlocks the full app after onboarding: all four AI features and the beauty journal. There is no free trial. New users can try one AI feature once during onboarding, then subscribe. Fair daily and monthly usage limits apply per AI feature. Current plans and pricing are on the App Store; billing is through Apple.

What can I try before subscribing?+

Does the beauty journal require Glowmi Pro?+
Yes. After onboarding, the full app — including the product library, saved looks, and journal features — requires an active Glowmi Pro subscription.
Are there usage limits on AI features?+

Which devices does Glowmi support?+

How does skin analysis work?+
You take a bare-face selfie. Glowmi analyzes visible characteristics such as skin tone, undertone, and type to personalize shade suggestions and coaching. Analysis is cosmetic guidance based on what the photo shows, not a clinical assessment.
How is Makeup Try-On different from Look Feedback?+
Makeup Try-On previews a makeup style on your photo before you blend (for example Natural Day, Office Chic, or Bold Evening). Look Feedback reviews a finished makeup photo and gives warm notes on what worked, what to tweak, and a pro tip.
Can I share my makeup looks?+
Yes. In the app you can export a look card to Instagram Stories or your share sheet. Shared look links on the website are private share pages. They are not meant to be indexed by search engines.
Who can see my photos and data?+
